When you use our interactive study features, the text exchanged during your session, processed to run the feature and generate your results. Voice, when used, is processed live and is not stored.

To inform you of project news, measure interest in the platform, improve it, and provide the interactive features you use. No other use.

To provide certain features, session content may be processed by technical service providers acting on our behalf, under contract and solely to deliver the service. Your data is not attached to your identity when processed this way.

The email is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for erasure. Voice is not stored. Session content is not retained beyond what is needed to provide the feature. Aggregated statistics do not identify you.
